Yes, this is mandatory to ensure the safety and health of our guests and staff and regulate our guest numbers. Without a reservation, we cannot grant you access to our resort. Click here to book your visit.

We use mandatory arrival and departure times to regulate our guest numbers and ensure the safety and health of our guests and staff. Please arrive at the arrival time and leave at the departure time specified in your booking.

We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy our wellness; our wellness resort is wheelchair accessible, except for our whirlpools, pool steps, and saunas with steps.

We love pure and healthy, which also applies to the water in our spa. At Thermen, you bathe in high-quality water from our own spring. We use salt electrolysis instead of chlorine and acids. It is pure, and you can feel it!

Of course. Your own stuff is always the best, isn't it? You can also rent everything you need from us to avoid the hassle of bringing it from home (we cannot promise that our bathrobes and towels are available in your favourite colour).

Children aged 0 to 11 are not allowed in our facilities to maintain peace within the wellness resort. Children aged 12 to 16 are only admitted if accompanied by parents or guardians.

The use of mobile phones or tablets in the spa is not permitted for the peace and privacy of our guests. This also applies when using the phone as an e-reader.

No, photography is not allowed. This applies throughout the resort.  

Swimwear is only permitted—and obligatory—on swimwear days. Women are allowed to wear a swimsuit or bikini, and men are allowed to wear swimming trunks.

Yes. We accept most credit cards.

That can happen. We keep found items for one month. If you have lost something, please send an email to info@thermenmaarssen.nl. We will inform you if we find it.
