Swimwear days

Unfortunately, Thermen Maarssen does not offer swimwear days.

But would you prefer to visit the sauna wearing swimwear? Then we warmly welcome you to one of our other Thermen Resorts.

Have you never been to a sauna before, or do you find an unclothed visit a bit overwhelming? Then we invite you to get acquainted with one of our other Thermen Resorts on our swimwear days. On a swimwear day, it is mandatory to wear swimming trunks, a swimsuit, or a bikini. On other days, this is not allowed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Swimwear must be worn on bathing days. Swimwear must be specifically designed for use in swimming and sauna facilities and made of Lycra, polyester or polyamide. This also applies to clothing that covers the body. However, we advise against wearing body-covering swimwear in our saunas, as this prevents the body from releasing heat effectively, which can lead to overheating and other health problems.
