Our saunas are unique with their own character!
All our saunas are unique, each designed to surprise you with its own character. They differ in temperature, atmosphere, and of course in what they do for your body and mind. What they all have in common? Each one offers relaxation and moments of pure enjoyment. Let yourself be surprised by our unique saunas and healing wellness.
How long should you stay in the sauna?
You decide how long you stay in the sauna. The recommended duration depends on the type of sauna, the temperature, and the humidity level. In general, we advise staying no longer than 15 minutes, followed by a cooling-off moment. After that, you are of course free to enjoy another sauna session.
The most important thing is to always listen to your body. Does the sauna feel too hot, or do you feel light-headed? Then calmly stand up and walk out slowly, even if you have only just entered. After each sauna session, take time to cool down and be sure to drink plenty of water.
